This sign is laser cut from wood. It measures 14.5". We send it raw so that you can paint/stain the wood to your liking!

Orders typically ship 4-6 weeks from order date. Shipping times may vary as a result of an increased volume of parcels due to peak periods, especially Christmas.
We will enter your personalization exactly as you type it in each box (no emojis or emoticons).Certain punctuation such as hyphens (dashes) will not appear on your final piece. We recommend periods or slashes in their place. Once your order is placed you have up to 24 hours to change any personalization. After 24 hours, all customizations are final.

You have 24 hours after placing your order to edit or cancel it. You can submit your request by emailing our customer service at orders@metalunlimited.com.
We offer several different sizes of all of our products. The size of our square products represents the side length. The size of circle products represents the diameter. The rest of our products are measured from the greatest points of the product.
Once you have added the item/items you would like to purchase to your cart, click view cart. This will take you to your cart page. Click Checkout. You should see the gift certificate discount code box. You will enter your code in the box and click Apply. This should adjust your total.
Our metal products are powder coated and cured in a 400 degree oven. As long as there aren't any blemishes exposing the actual metal, your piece is protected from the elements.
*The Copper option is not made of actual Copper. It will not form a patina.
**The Brushed Steel option is not powder coated. It is literally the raw metal so it will eventually rust and the edges can be sharp. Please handle with care. If you like the raw, rusted look but would like minimal rusting, you can apply a rust neutralizer and then a clear coat to your piece.
Due to the customization of our products, items cannot be returned to us for a refund. If you receive an item that is incorrect or you believe you may be missing part of your order, you must notify us within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.
We have sales periodically, but we recommend subscribing to our emails. Sign up by clicking the "Sign Up" tab in the top right corner of your screen. (There's a special treat for those of you who sign up right now). We always mail out our special offers to our e-mail subscribers first!
Since we do not offer any expedited services, we recommend that you order your item at least 8 weeks before you need it. We realize this seems like a long time, but due to the personalization that is required to produce your item plus the shipping time, we recommend that you plan plenty of time in advance!
We ship our products through three shipping providers, UPS , FedEx and the Post Office.
Depending on your location in the United States, your package can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive once the label has been created. When your order ships, we e-mail you tracking information so that you can keep a close on eye on where your order is!
We offer five color options for your metal decor items. We currently only have Black and Galvanized in stock. The colors are as listed below:
Black
White
Brushed Steel (buffed finish, not powder coated, may eventually rust)
Aqua Blue
Copper (not made of actual copper, will not patina)
Our powder coated items are run through a detailed process to ensure that your surface is prepared correctly and that your color finish lasts for a long time in an indoor or outdoor environment.
Our products are cut out of 16 gauge steel. This thickness was chosen to provide you with a solid and quality item, but isn't too heavy to hang on your wall or door!
Brushed Steel products are made using 18 gauge Galvanized.
The general turnaround time for most products is 3-6 weeks. The reason for this amount of time is that each item is unique and customized. We can not produce your item until we receive your order, so we have to build the items as they are ordered!
(Turnaround times can fluctuate depending on popular ordering seasons, amount of orders being produced)
We will create your item exactly as you specify on your order. If the product calls for you to pluralize your name please do so in the custom field provided. You can find our guide on pluralization here and our monogram guide here.
If you select a color other than Black or Brushed Steel, the price will increase accordingly. The initial price shown is the base price of the first size option the cost will increase with size increases.
You can create a new customer account for the new website. If you use the same email that your previous orders were placed under, they will link to your account once everything has been transferred over.
However, you do not have to create an account if you do not wish to. You can check out as a guest.
We have a flat rate shipping of $8.49 to anywhere in the US.
$14.99 USD for orders shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and The Netherlands. $50 USD for orders shipping to any other country not listed. Conversion rates may apply.

Profanity.
We do not allow profanity to be customization on your piece. If we find a piece that contains profanity we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price. In the event that the piece completes the automated production process, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total purchase price. You will see this deduction in your refund. Please refrain from including profanity to ensure a smooth transaction.
