Orders typically ship 14-21 business days from the order date but can be longer at times. Shipping times may vary as a result of an increased volume of parcels due to peak periods, especially Christmas.
The personalization preview for each of our signs will provide you with the exact text that will appear on your finished product. What you see in the preview is exactly what you will receive. (no emojis or emoticons). Certain punctuation such as hyphens (dashes) will not appear on your final piece. We recommend periods or slashes in their place. Once your order is placed you have up to 24 hours to change any personalization. After 24 hours, all customizations are final.

The Brushed Steel option could have some imperfections due to it being finished with a clear powder coating (rather than a color coating). Any small imperfections in the metal will show. It will also have rough edges. We will not accept returns/issue refunds due to these small imperfections in the Brushed Steel option.
