-NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS-
If you wish to return a “stock” non-personalized item, you must contact us within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.

If 3 days have passed since receipt of the order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS-
We do NOT accept returns, issue refunds, or exchange personalized items.
**ALWAYS triple-check your spelling and color selections when ordering. Also, check your confirmation email to verify everything processed correctly. If the order was placed with the incorrect information, it will not be replaced/refunded.
If the misspelling was on our end, the product can be replaced. See Replacements.
If your package has been damaged in transit, please email customer service at orders@metalunlimited.com with your order number, photos of the piece, photos of the packaging, and a photo of the packing slip.
-REFUNDS (if applicable)-
Once your return is received, inspected, and a refund is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Typically between 3-5 businesses depending on your account holder’s processing. You will receive an email showing the refund details.
-REPLACEMENTS (if applicable)-
If you purchased Route package protection, you need to file a claim directly with Route. You can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com.
We only replace items if they are misspelled by us, defective, or damaged.
Please email customer service at orders@metalunlimited.com with your order number, photos of the piece, and a photo of the packing slip.
If damaged, include a photo of the packaging as well.

Nice piece. Packaging during shipment - not so good. My sign came bent in almost a 'U' shape in stead of flat. Probably mostly shipper's handling of item but being shipped between 2 pieces of light corrugated cardboard didn't lend a huge barrier of protection. That's my only gripe.
The sign was bought as a Christmas gift and the recipient loves it. I was disappointed in the time it took to receive. Order placed the day after Thanksgiving and it was not received until 12/30. No updates from company until I sent an email inquiring about delivery. I was dissatisfied because I had to buy other gifts due to the delay.
Well I was excited to get it but was shocked at how small it was. I guess it was my fault for not doing my research better. It is beautiful and excellent quality - - just too small for where I wanted to use it. So sad….
Order 3 items in November (with 2-3 week delivery). Received 1 of 3 products ordered at the end of Dec. I had to email Metals Unlimited 2x to inquire about the status of the other 2 items. They did respond that my items had to be recut with no time frame for delivery. The other 2 pieces didnt come til Feb.(almost 3 months total to get) . All inquiries were on my part. Unfortunately, MU did not notify there were issues with my order or info about the delay. Disappointing. The products are, however, nicely made. 1 thing that could definitely be better...the lettering for the mongrams NEEDS to be proportional to the size of the mongram ordered. It's ok for the 18 inch but looks lost & tiny for the 24 inch one I ordered.
