United StatesNice piece. Packaging during shipment - not so good. My sign came bent in almost a 'U' shape in stead of flat. Probably mostly shipper's handling of item but being shipped between 2 pieces of light corrugated cardboard didn't lend a huge barrier of protection. That's my only gripe.
United StatesThe sign was bought as a Christmas gift and the recipient loves it. I was disappointed in the time it took to receive. Order placed the day after Thanksgiving and it was not received until 12/30. No updates from company until I sent an email inquiring about delivery. I was dissatisfied because I had to buy other gifts due to the delay.
United StatesWell I was excited to get it but was shocked at how small it was. I guess it was my fault for not doing my research better. It is beautiful and excellent quality - - just too small for where I wanted to use it. So sad….
United StatesOrder 3 items in November (with 2-3 week delivery). Received 1 of 3 products ordered at the end of Dec. I had to email Metals Unlimited 2x to inquire about the status of the other 2 items. They did respond that my items had to be recut with no time frame for delivery. The other 2 pieces didnt come til Feb.(almost 3 months total to get) . All inquiries were on my part. Unfortunately, MU did not notify there were issues with my order or info about the delay. Disappointing. The products are, however, nicely made. 1 thing that could definitely be better...the lettering for the mongrams NEEDS to be proportional to the size of the mongram ordered. It's ok for the 18 inch but looks lost & tiny for the 24 inch one I ordered.
